About Ava

Owned and Operated by Ava Truckey, Denver native, food-lover,  personal chef, and community server.

After a lifetime of obesity followed by the birth of her daughter in August, 2016, Ava knew she needed to change the legacy of her current self. In January, 2017, she made a commitment and through changed eating habits and exercise has since lost almost 100 pounds.

Since acknowledging the importance of nutrition and how it drastically changed her life, Ava knew she wanted to give that back to her community. All menus are free of refined sugar, include the macronutrient breakdown and can be made gluten and dairy free. Wholesome, ethnically diverse menus that are based around seasonal, organic produce and with animal products that are natural and humanely raised.

How it Works

All clients will be asked to complete a detailed questionnaire including your food preferences, allergies, and any special considerations.
You will then receive a weekly menu that is tailored to your needs and will include a macronutrient breakdown.
On your scheduled day, I will meet you at your house and review the menu, and then prepare your food! You may choose to have the food served hot, packaged and refrigerated or frozen (I will provide reusable packaging upon request for an additional fee.)
